We are a non profit organisation, an annual subscription of just £10 keeps the service thriving (only £5 before 1st February 2010).
The Swopshop community is built on mutual trust and therefore before your payment is received, you will be able to offer your items and services and be paid in swops. You will not have access to your 'overdraft' facility until we receive your payment, but you will be able to spend any swops you have accumulated. If we do not receive your payment within 15 days of signing up, your membership will be suspended
The Swopshop is only currently open to residents of Lewes, East Sussex and the surrounding villages. If you are further afield please don’t sign up but do have a look at http://www.letslinkuk.net/home/about-us.htm to find a similar scheme in your area.
